Three bodies hold Deevoice Consults accountable: one that sets direction, one that guides standards, and one that keeps us honest to the employers who absorb our graduates.

Sets Direction

Executive Leadership

Holds day-to-day responsibility for the institution's mission, standards, and strategic direction. The Executive is accountable for the quality of the Methodology, the integrity of certification, and the coherence of the ecosystem across Institute, Podcast, and Network. Its remit is not just to run programmes, but to protect the institution's character as it grows.

Advisory Board

Independent voices from education, human development, and public life. The Board advises on programme quality, ethical standards, and institutional integrity, and ensures Deevoice Consults remains true to its human-development mandate as it grows — including the freedom to challenge the Executive when a decision would trade long-term integrity for short-term momentum.

Keeps Us Honest

Employer Advisory Council

Senior employer partners who anchor Deevoice Consults' certification standards to actual workplace requirements. The Council reviews what 'ready' means, pressure-tests the pillars against real hiring conditions, and keeps the Institute accountable to the employers who ultimately absorb the talent it prepares — so the certification we issue is one employers can trust on sight.

Names will be published on this page as each body is confirmed. Until then, we would rather leave a seat visibly empty than fill it with a placeholder — the integrity of the institution depends on who ultimately holds these roles.
