For Employers

A different way to trust the words "job-ready".

We are building the certification employers will eventually be able to hire on sight. Today, that means being honest about where we are — and inviting a small group of founding partners to build it with us.

What Deevoice Consults verification means today

Early stage. Deliberately.

Deevoice Consults is in Year 1. We are building the Readiness & Reach Institute, running the first cohorts, and establishing the standard of evidence a Readiness-verified alumnus will be held to. There is no live talent marketplace yet — and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

What exists today is a Methodology, a governance structure, and a growing Readiness Pool of candidates working toward that standard. What will exist next is a small, named cohort of alumni assessed against evidence across all eight pillars.

What we do offer now

A published Methodology, an early Readiness Pool, and a founding-partner conversation about the standard your organisation wants alumni measured against.

What we don't offer yet

A live searchable database of vetted candidates, on-demand hiring, or paid placement. Certification is what we are building toward — not something we already sell.

What that means for Year 1

Founding employer partners get to shape what 'ready' means inside the pillars, early access to graduating alumni, and a hiring-support relationship with the Institute — not a marketplace login.

Founding employer partners

A small group of employers, in the room from Year 1.

We are inviting a limited number of founding employer partners into the Employer Advisory Council and the first cohort cycle — organisations willing to help set the certification standard and be first to hire against it.

Shape the standard

Sit on the Employer Advisory Council. Pressure-test the pillars against your real hiring conditions. Help decide what evidence Readiness-verified actually requires.

First access to alumni

Meet the first Readiness-verified graduating cohort before anyone else, with hiring support from the Institute — not a marketplace fee.

Named as a founding partner

Recognition on the site, in the Institutional Profile, and in partner communications as one of the employers who backed the standard from the beginning.

Talk to us

Introduce your organisation.

Tell us a little about your organisation and what "ready" looks like for the roles you hire for. We'll come back to you personally — this is a conversation, not a form submission into a black hole.
