A single continuous group moves through all eight pillars together over eight weeks — Foundation in weeks 1–2, Practice in weeks 3–6, Application in weeks 7–8.
Cohorts are intentionally small and facilitated live. You work alongside peers, faculty, and mentors — not alone against a screen.
Each pillar ends in an assessment against real work — a project, a live exercise, a reviewed artefact — not a completion certificate for showing up.
The Readiness Pool is the pre-cohort community. Members are first in line for Institute openings, mentor introductions, and early access when the first cohort date is confirmed.
