The Institute

Readiness, built on evidence.

The Readiness & Reach Institute is Deevoice Consults' structured programme — eight pillar courses, one 8-week cohort, taught and assessed against the Readiness & Reach Methodology™.

The 8 pillar courses

One course per pillar. All eight, in one cohort.

Every cohort works through all eight pillars in sequence — Foundation, then Practice, then Application — so readiness is built as one integrated formation, not a menu of optional modules.

FoundationCourse 01

Identity & Purpose

Clarify who you are, what you're for, and the through-line that will hold every career decision that follows.

FoundationCourse 02

Mindset & Resilience

Build the inner posture — ownership, resilience, and self-regulation — that keeps you steady under real workplace pressure.

PracticeCourse 03

Professional Excellence

Practise the everyday disciplines — reliability, quality of work, and professional judgement — that make people trust you with more.

PracticeCourse 04

Communication & Influence

Learn to write, speak, and present with clarity, so your thinking actually lands with the people who decide.

PracticeCourse 05

Leadership & Collaboration

Develop the instincts to lead yourself first, then work well across teams, functions, and difference.

PracticeCourse 06

Digital & AI Readiness

Get fluent with the digital and AI tools now assumed in modern work — and the judgement to use them well.

ApplicationCourse 07

Career & Opportunity

Translate readiness into offers: positioning, search strategy, interviews, negotiation, and first-90-days performance.

ApplicationCourse 08

Impact & Legacy

Set the longer arc — the contribution you want to make, and how to build a career that outlives any single role.

The cohort model

Eight weeks. One group. One arc of formation.

8 weeks, one cohort

A single continuous group moves through all eight pillars together over eight weeks — Foundation in weeks 1–2, Practice in weeks 3–6, Application in weeks 7–8.

Live, facilitated, and small

Cohorts are intentionally small and facilitated live. You work alongside peers, faculty, and mentors — not alone against a screen.

Assessed against evidence

Each pillar ends in an assessment against real work — a project, a live exercise, a reviewed artefact — not a completion certificate for showing up.

Cohort dates: to be announced

Get in line for the first cohort.

The Readiness Pool is the pre-cohort community. Members are first in line for Institute openings, mentor introductions, and early access when the first cohort date is confirmed.
