Alumni of the Readiness & Reach Institute are people who did not just attend — they were assessed against evidence across all eight pillars. When the first cohort graduates, this is where those alumni will be introduced to employers, mentors, and the wider Deevoice Consults community.

Every graduating alumnus is paired with a mentor for a defined engagement — not a one-off introduction. Pairings are matched deliberately by pillar, by industry, and by season of career, and are held to a real cadence over the first year.

At the end of the cycle, both mentor and alumnus give feedback that feeds back into how the next round of pairings is designed. Mentorship is a programme, not a favour.
You don't need a cohort to belong.
Connectors are people who are not (or not yet) certified alumni, but who want to be close to Deevoice Consults' work — following the Podcast, attending community moments, opening doors when they can, and being counted in the wider Network.
It is a deliberately lighter door — a way to belong to the community without overstating what you've been through.
